The Reach
The Reach, Richmond Yacht Club’s store, sells items specifically designed for RYC. All clothing and other merchandise are embroidered, printed, engraved or stamped with the RYC burgee. The Reach is designed to carry RYC gear at an affordable price and is run and managed by volunteers for the membership’s benefit.
The Reach carries outer wear, polo shirts, t-shirts, women’s blouses, embroidered Reyn Spooner Hawaiian shirts, flip-flops, hats and caps, scarves, sail and duffel bags, and lots of novelty items prefect for gifts or for yourself. Many of the items are seasonal so be sure to visit the store often!
The Reach is open regularly on:
The 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month, 5:30pm-7:00pm
The 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, 5:00pm-6:30pm
Sunday afternoons during the Winter Junior Program
And during most major regattas and special events
The office can assist with purchases if The Reach is closed, or you can usually find a Reach volunteer during dinner hours or events-they can always open the store!
