VOLUNTEER PORTAL

Welcome to our Volunteer Portal.  We have dozens of events each year and we need hundreds of volunteer days.  Richmond Yacht Club is using a software called CERVIS to help our event leaders and regatta chairs stay coordinated.  We also hope it helps you find new ways to get involved.

Open Event Listings:  This is a list of all upcoming opportunities to volunteer for regattas and on shore events.  You can sign up here.  Often these events are also listed on the Club Calendar.

Sign In:  Go here to log in to your account and make any changes to your profile or review/cancel registration for upcoming events.

Create New Profile: We ask that all RYC members complete their profile, indicating your experience on race committee and sharing information about your talents that we might tap into.

Submit Event Request:  If you have a volunteer event you would like to organize, complete this request to have it added to CERVIS.  Tell us when, how many, where, etc. 

How To Video:  This is a YouTube video showing you the step-by-step process to register for an event. CERVIS is designed to work with teams and groups, such as whole families that use the same email address. You may need to select your own name from the drop-down list when registering to volunteer.
