Cruise In Information

The Richmond Yacht Club Invites Your Club to Schedule a Cruise-In

Richmond Yacht Club welcomes individual sailors who want to visit our club. It also makes a special effort to welcome and accommodate yacht clubs and fleets that are interested in visiting. The following information should answer most of your cruise-in questions.

Berthing

RYC will try to assign vacant berths in advance and make our turning basin available for a raft up. The first 3 nights are without charge to visiting clubs with reciprocal privileges.

Food Service & Bar

The club serves dinner on Friday and Sunday evenings beginning at 1800. The bar is open on Friday from 1400 to 2300, on Saturday from 1300 to 1900 (no dinner service is available), and on Sunday from 1300 to 2200.

The ABC requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed on club premises must be purchased from the bar (consumption on boats is exempt).

Facilities

Restrooms and showers are accessible 24 hours a day. The Club office is open Monday through Friday from 0900 to 1700, Saturdays from 1000 to 1400, and closed Sunday. Clubhouse facilities are generally open for use Monday through Thursday from 0800 to 1700. On Friday clubhouse facilities are normally open from 0800 until 2000, on Saturdays from 1000 until 1900, and on Sundays from 1300 to 2000.

Point Richmond

The Club is located approximately 2 miles from the town of Point Richmond, home to several shops, restaurants and small grocery stores. There is no public transportation to or from town.
