The Richmond Yacht Club hosts several annual regattas and occasional Championships.  The Big Daddy in the spring and the Great Pumpkin in the fall attract upwards of 150 boats each. 

Our Big Dinghy and Totally Dinghy regattas have achieved regional recognition and are firmly established on the calendar. 

Our midwinter dinghy series is another very popular well attended event.  Our summer beer can races are held every other Wednesday from April to September.

RYC hosts a significant portion of the local YRA calendar.
