Used Charter Boats Available & Chartering your Laser
The best way to coordinate the people-with-boats-available and the people-needing-boats is to go to:
http://marinercity.com/charter/
Fill out all information.
1) Time and place of pick-up.
2) Specify exactly what condition the hull is in and what gear you are providing. The best is for you to provide hull and trolley, mast and boom. Have them bring tiller and extension, blades, ropes and sail/battens. ( ie anything they can easily bring on a airplane.)
3) Have a damage deposit so that a fixing a minor gelcoat ding can be covered.
4) Arrange rental-return so that both of you look over the boat at the end of the charter.
